Dr. Brooke Friedman, M.D.Reproductive Endocrinologist, San Diego Fertility CenterDr. Brooke Friedman is dual board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. Widely respected for her warm, personalized approach, she is committed to providing compassionate, state-of-the-art fertility care. Dr. Friedman has been named San Diego Magazine’s “Top Fertility Doctor” an unmatched seven times and is recognized by patients and peers alike for her excellence.She graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and earned her medical degree from UCSF, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha at the top of her class. She completed both her OB/GYN residency and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Stanford University, receiving awards for teaching and surgical excellence.Dr. Friedman’s research interests include embryo transfer optimization, recurrent pregnancy loss, and diminished ovarian reserve. Dr. Jacob A. Brems, M.D.Reproductive Urologist, Posterity HealthDr. Jacob Brems is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Reproductive Urologist specializing in male reproductive medicine and surgery. He serves as the Regional Medical Director for the West at Posterity Health. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, he received his medical degree from Georgetown University and completed his urology residency at Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center—where he was honored with the Clinic Award as Chief Resident.He completed a fellowship at the University of North Carolina focusing on male reproductive health, including microscopic surgery for vasectomy reversal, varicocele repair, and advanced sperm retrieval techniques. Dr. Brems is passionate about helping couples meet their unique family-building goals.He is a proud member of the American Urological Association and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
