National Wellness Month Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

In celebration of National Wellness Month, San Diego Mission Bay Resort and Riffs Yoga Studio are coming together for a powerful evening of restorative wellness and community connection on August 10 at 6 PM.

Teachers and first responders, this evening is just for you.

Join us for a sunset yoga and sound bath session designed to help you reset, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body and mind. It’s our way of thanking you for all you give and do for our community.

What to Expect:

• Slow flow yoga class & sound bath to reset and recharge
• Wellness activations from Spa Brezza, Riffs Yoga Studios and Wellness, Coola, Kerstin Florian, Golden State CBD, Babe Beverages, and more.
• Entry into our raffle with fun prizes including a stay at San Diego Mission Bay Resort, a pack of classes from Riffs Studios, and more!
• Complimentary admission for teachers and first responders (with valid ID at check-in)
• PLUS, every guest will receive a complimentary pass to an Exclusive Riffs Studios Wellness Open Hour Session, just for attending!
