Grief affects more than the mind—it lives in the body. This free series runs for 8 weeks and offers a safe, supportive space to explore gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that support healing from within.

Join the Movement Through Grief – a somatic support group for healing every Friday, 11am – 12:00pm.
