PB, are you ready to shake with us!? We're teaming up with Mavericks to bring you some Move Madly shakes on the Lagree Fitness microformers. This event is donation based and all proceeds will go to San Diego Humane Society (We are BIG animal lovers at Move Madly!!) Classes are 30 minutes and there are two class times to choose from: 9:30am & 10:15am
