July Temple- The Sacred Shell

We’re honored to host this month’s Temple gathering with Katie Dove at StillSpace—a powerful space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. Below is Katy’s description of this month’s theme:

There’s a rhythm we enter when we gather.
Not one we impose — but one we remember.
In this month’s Temple, we’ll move through the terrain of The Sacred Shell — a space to explore your boundaries, your center, and the quiet knowing that lives beneath the noise.

Through breath, movement, and gentle witnessing, we’ll ask:

— What are you protecting because it is sacred?
— Where have you gone hard, when what you needed was holding?
— Can you soften… even just a little?

This isn’t about fixing or performing.
It’s a return. A remembering. A reclaiming.
