Hike-n-Yoga - Short Hike and Sunset Yoga by Lake Miramar

Here’s what to expect:

• 6:00 PM: Short 1-1.5 mile hike/walk with views of Miramar Lake.
• 7:00 PM: Sunset Yoga Flow - we will move through a gentle yoga practice, reconnect to our body through movement and yoga flow, and finish with relaxing sunset meditation (maybe with Sound Bath!)

You can join just for the hike, just for the yoga, or for both!

What to Bring:

• Hike: Hiking or trail shoes, water, sunscreen.
• Yoga: Yoga mat, blanket.
