The Gay Men’s Spiritual Retreat invites you to join us for Authentic You, a two-hour workshop designed to help you connect with your truest self. Together, we’ll explore practices of guided reflection, creative expression, and embodied movement that open the door to deeper alignment and inner wisdom.
This experience is rooted in principles of transformation and is created for the queer and ally community. Whether you are seeking spiritual renewal, personal growth, or a sense of authentic connection, this workshop offers a supportive space for exploration.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Two guided meditations, including somatic inquiry and a vision of your Sacred Self
• Embodied movement and creative visualization exercises
• Drawing and totem creation for self-reflection and future visioning
• Gentle partner sharing and community connection
• Integration practices to anchor your insights and carry them forward
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Jayme Roderick is a Certified Transformational Life Coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. With a background spanning both creative and corporate worlds, including over a decade at Pixar, Jayme brings empathy, intuition, and lived experience to his work. His approach blends guided meditation, visioning, and body-mind-spirit alignment, always with the belief: “This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about revealing what’s already within you.”
