Seasoned yogi and long term Pilgrimage teacher Nicole Pisciotto will guide you through a multifaceted practice to create more balance and joy in your life. She loves sharing heart based guidance and is here to help you restore, love yourself a little bit more and assist you in creating more balance in your life.

In this workshop you will:

• Embrace the benefits of mindful breathing techniques to cultivate harmony and inner peace
• Surrender to gentle yoga poses to serve the highest good of your body promoting flexibility, compassion, and serenity
• Learn the healing power of Mudras - Yoga of the Hands
• Set intentions for the season of Summer
• Gain a general overview of energy healing techniques that you can facilitate for yourself to enhance your overall well being
• Receive an extended Savasana with Sound Healing featuring Nicole’s vocal accompaniment
• Have meaningful takeaways to alleviate stress and help you manage your life experience in the modern world

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
