This is a ballet class for adults of all ages and fitness levels!
Class consists of the ballet barre and center work combinations. There will be a focus on coordination, balance and flexibility. Class will be instructed by Ms. Zoe, a professional ballerina with over 15 years experience both on the stage and in the studio teaching dance for all levels and ages.
Please reserve a ticket for each class you would like to participate in.

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE!
Ballet attire is encouraged but dancers can work out clothes too. Ballet shoes are reommended!
