On October 11th, let’s gather in the home of hosts Jennifer and Shane Regnier—as women, as mothers, as daughters, as fierce and tender souls—to share an honest conversation about how we feel in our bodies. Flesh and Soul is a moving blend of painting, poetry, and spoken word. Cheryl bravely opens the door to her inner world, acknowledging the shame and relentless self-talk that once lived inside her. With courage and compassion, she walks through this emotional terrain, turning to soul for a new way to see herself.

Witnessing her story is medicine—raw, tender, and transformative—and it just might crack your heart wide open. Though her journey is deeply personal, its themes are profoundly universal. This is more than an exhibit… it’s an invitation to reconnect with your own worth.
