EMSA Trauma Summit 2025

Join trauma system leaders, clinicians, and EMS professionals from across California for the 2025 California Trauma Summit - a statewide forum focused on advancing trauma and emergency care through data-driven insights, regulatory updates, and system collaboration. This year’s agenda includes a high-level overview of California’s trauma system status, recent data trends, and upcoming regulatory changes. Attendees will hear a focused presentation on pediatric trauma readiness and timely access to care for injured children, as well as engage in a panel exploring the evolving role of prehospital blood transfusions, featuring both early adopter experiences and evidence-focused perspectives. Additional sessions will highlight the growing public health challenge of e-bike injuries, the impact of post-mortem CT scans on trauma scoring, and common challenges faced during ACS trauma center verifications.
