Community Improv Workshop
Are you looking to break out of your shell, get out of your head, and have a sweet silly time? Our Embodied Play class will help you reconnect with both your physicality and your goofy side! No prior improv experience or regular commitment necessary, just an open mind.
Who it’s for: Anyone looking to play their way to better mind-body alignment, cultivating connections, and an ability to find the game in whatever situation life throws at them!
Skills Focus: Mind-body connection, community building/connecting, growing confidence, embracing mistakes as opportunities.
