Ecstatic Dance is a community movement, a sacred space for you to explore, unwind and unfold your true expression.
Come be held by the dance floor, the music and the community, connect non-verbally with yourself and others and tap into the magic of this liberating movement space.

A partner dance workshop exploring the masculine and feminine through presence and connection.
Partner dancing is a presence practice—one rooted in embodying the masculine lead and feminine follow. This class begins with a guided embodiment journey, opening into relational witnessing and culminating in a group flow.
We'll explore the foundational principles of being centered in our own body (frame), learning how to clearly guide (lead / masculine) or receive guidance (follow / feminine). These roles describe energies, not genders.
Mastery of these principles creates freedom—on the dance floor and in all relationships.
Zagreus is a structural bodyworker, somatic guide, and performance artist with over 20 years of experience in movement and embodiment. As a strength and mobility coach, DJ, and dancer, he brings deep physical intelligence and expressive flow to his teaching—guiding others into presence, power, and rhythm through precise connection.
Hope is a movement artist, bodyworker, and spiritual coach with a background in gymnastics, circus arts, Acro yoga and contemporary dance. She is also a Human Design reader, weaving intuitive guidance and energy attunement into her teaching. Her presence invites students into the art of following as a powerful, emotionally rich, and embodied experience.
Both bring backgrounds in highly structured physical disciplines, giving them refined control over their bodies and a shared love for teaching the mechanics and structure that make partner dancing feel effortless, fluid, and alive.
Together, they guide Coalesce as a space where polarity meets play—where dance becomes a language of presence, connection, and transformation.

Zagreus is a dancer’s DJ—curating sonic journeys that move the body, open the heart, and awaken primal rhythm. With roots in embodiment, somatics, and performance art, his sets blend deep bass, tribal textures, and emotive soundscapes to guide listeners into states of presence, play, and ecstatic release.

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines
1. Move however you wish
2. No talking on the dance floor
3. Respect yourself and one another
4. No Shoes, No Booze
5. Please also refrain from photos, videos, strong scents/perfumes, glitter and shoes on the dance floor.
6. Touch is Sacred ~ Many people dance in their own space, and others share their space with another. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond.
