Navigating Your Attachment Styles on the Dance Floor

This isn’t just contact dance—it’s a powerful embodiment experience where participants explore their attachment style dynamics (anxious, avoidant, secure) through movement, presence, and connection.
We’ll explore how:
~Rejection, longing, or withdrawal can show up in partnered dance
~To recognize & regulate your internal experience when triggers arise
~To attract a vibe—and a dance partner—through secure embodiment
~And ultimately, to find freedom, play, and deeper self-awareness through movement
Ryan Foronda has spent the past five years both participating in and facilitating workshop embodiment spaces, weaving together his love for dance, community, and authentic connection. With a deep passion for creating sacred, transformative experiences, Ryan has led retreats and workshops around the world, bringing his unique blend of embodiment practices, conscious relating, and somatic healing to festivals, ceremonies, and intentional gatherings.

A true alchemist of sound, she weaves organic textures, ancient rhythms, and star frequencies into her sets—creating portals that invite listeners into expanded states of consciousness. Her work is grounded in devotion to the Earth, yet reaches far into the cosmos, harmonizing the primal with the ethereal.
Ayaharmony’s performances are more than music—they’re full on activations. Perfect for conscious festivals, wellness retreats, and transformational spaces, she holds dance floors with heart, power, and presence. She has performed at Lucidity Festival, Unison Festival, High Vibe Fest, Mana Fest, Awake Earth (Uvita, Costa Rica), New Zealand Spirit Fest, as well as Burning Man.

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines
1. Move however you wish
2. No talking on the dance floor
3. Respect yourself and one another
4. No Shoes, No Booze
5. Please also refrain from photos, videos, strong scents/perfumes, glitter and shoes on the dance floor.
6. Touch is Sacred ~ Many people dance in their own space, and others share their space with another. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond.
