Crystal Bowl Meditation with Dana: Free Special Event

Join us for a peaceful and restorative Crystal Bowl Meditation at the Dharma Bum Temple Thursday July 24th at 7pm. This special session offers a chance to relax deeply, let go of stress, and reconnect with your inner calm through the healing power of sound.

Crystal bowl meditation is a form of sound therapy that uses the pure, resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls to guide participants into a state of relaxation and clarity. Often called a sound bath, the experience surrounds you with soothing vibrations that quiet the mind and balance the body’s energy.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this gentle and accessible practice invites you to simply sit back, listen, and receive. No experience is needed, just bring an open heart and a willingness to relax.
