Welcome to Breathe, Stretch, and Shine!
Join Harmony Academy and Yoga 4 Classrooms for an engaging session designed to help educators, counselors, after-school programs, oranyone who works with children and adolescents bring the calm andconnection of summer into their work with children and teens.
You will learn simple, age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness practices—likebreathing techniques, guided imagery, and mindful movement—thatsupport self-regulation, focus, and emotional well-being. Walk away withfresh, ready-to-use activities that can be adapted for summer programs,camps, or back-to-school transitions. No yoga experience needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to move and breathe!
