Step into a transformative space where your body leads the way. This workshop begins with S Factor movement, a practice that awakens your life-force energy, reconnects you with your eros, and brings aliveness into your body. The first half of the session focuses on tuning into your own sensations, exploring movement, breath, and embodiment, and building nervous system capacity for vitality, erotic charge, and self-presence.
In the second half, we move into somatic relating, bringing this heightened embodiment into connection with others. Through guided exercises, partner work, and group interactions, you’ll explore authentic communication, presence, and the playful exchange of energy. This practice helps your nervous system expand its capacity not only for erotic aliveness but also for deep, attuned relational connection.
By moving from self-connection to relational connection, you’ll leave with tools to engage more fully with your own vitality, your relationships, and your daily life. No prior experience is required—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.

Dr. Somer Nicole is a Somatic & Physical Therapist and Energy Healer with 20+ years of experience in Yoga, Somatic Movement, Reparenting and Nervous System Regulation. She is also a CranioSacral Therapist Reiki Master, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Low Pressure Fitness instructor. Somer is passionate about weaving physical, emotional and energetic modalities to reverse the effects of chronic dysregulation. Her belief is that healing doesn’t have to be intense, we learn best through play & pleasure and it’s best to stop focusing on trauma and start focusing on your aliveness!
