Join us on Thursday, August 7 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm for a lively, curated, 4-course wine dinner in partnership with the spirited minds behind Mollydooker Wines.They are known for crafting red wines with a playful swirl of rich fruit notes with an Aussie spirit. Mollydooker and their famous “Mollydooker Shake” will bring the perfect pairing of flavor and fun to our island oasis.

Sparkling Shiraz Welcome: pork belly robata and watermelon bites
Violinist Verdelho: papaya salad, dragon fruit, salt and pepper shrimp, spicy peanuts, nuoc cham
Scooter Merlot: cinnamon stick duck confit, peach and mascarpone crepes, green apple slaw
Maître D Cabernet: family style espresso rubbed tomahawk ribeye, sweet potato au gratin, blackberry cabernet demi glace
