Tranquility Tour

Come to SAMA for a unique tour in which breathwork and gentle stretching will enhance your art experience in the galleries. Slow looking and guided discussion about artworks will refresh and rejuvenate you. Docents Laura Nikas and Carrie Klein will lead you in relaxation, seated movement, and art engagement. You will leave with renewed energy and a fresh perspective on art. No mat or gear is needed, just bring yourself. This tour is appropriate for any age or ability.

In order to ensure an optimal experience, capacity is limited to 12 participants. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in at the front desk to secure your place on the tour.
