The Viva Mexico Women’s Festival celebrates women in the world of Mexican music! This FREE day-long event includes a presentation of all-female musicians, dancers, and small business owners.

Over the last few years, the Viva Mexico Women’s Festival has hosted 50+ women-owned crafts vendors, food trucks, ballet folklorico, and musical artists such as San Antonio’s very own Mariachi Las Alteñas, Sonora Hechicera, and several other local all-female performers! The festival was featured on regional television, social media platforms, magazines, news articles, and led to an amazing inaugural turnout of over 500 in attendance. Through expanded marketing efforts and community engagement, LAMAC strives to reach a broader audience and inspire lasting connections. The festival remains dedicated to empowering women, fostering cultural appreciation, and creating an inclusive platform for expression for its return on October 5th, 2025.
