SBIR/STTR Workshop

Before you register, review the qualifications for a company to submit for SBIR and STTR funding:

• A for-profit U.S.-based company
• May be in the legal form of an individual proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, joint venture, association, trust, or cooperative
• More than 50% directly owned by individuals or other SBCs who are U.S. residents
• Has, including its affiliates, not more than 500 employees
