A Sacred Workshop for Mothers, Caregivers, and Women in Transition

Join us for a nurturing evening of reconnection, rest, and remembrance. “Living Root” is a ceremonial workshop created for women who carry and care — mothers, healers, doulas, and caregivers — to return to their own center and reclaim self-care as a sacred, necessary act.

Through the wisdom of pelvic health, somatic practices, and holistic rituals, we will explore the pelvic floor not only as a physical foundation, but as an energetic gateway for creation, release, and restoration.

This is an invitation to pause and mother yourself — so that you may continue to hold space for others with more presence, vitality, and love.
