Grief and Loss Support

Loss changes us, and healing takes time. You don’t have to walk this path alone. This support group offers a safe, supportive space to explore grief at your own pace.

This is a 7-session series meeting once a month.

Each session honors the journey of loss while providing guidance for healing and self-compassion. Explore ways to gently journey through grief. Walk away with tools for healing and meaningful support. With every session, you’ll gain a renewed sense of self, learning to embrace the emotional waves of grief while discovering moments of light even in the darkest times.
