Get ready to make waves — literally! Pound Fit is the world’s first cardio jam session that fuses heart-pumping cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics with the infectious thrill of drumming to loud, energizing music in The Springs at Civic Park.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome at this free event. Come ready to move, drum, and get soaked!
