Full Sound Sound Bath Meditation

The full moon is a time to pause, reflect, and gently let go. As emotions rise and energy shifts, we’re invited to release what no longer serves and come back home to ourselves.

Join us for a Sound Bath under the full moon for an hour of deep rest and energetic realignment through sound. Let the vibrations support your body and spirit!

What to bring:
A mat or blanket, something cozy to support you, and anything that helps you feel at home in your body.
(Some yoga mats and bolsters are available)
