The energy code is changing—again. This seminar will walk through key updates to the 2021 and 2024 IECC – focusing on air sealing, insulation, and testing. Discussing the implications of ENERGY STAR and federal tax credits, attendees will gain practical strategies for compliance and competitiveness in a shifting policy landscape.

Session 2 (January 21st - 9am - 1pm):

Built to Last: Moisture & Humidity Management for Modern Enclosures
This seminar emphasizes the significance of controlling indoor humidity in energy-efficient homes. It presents strategies for effective water management and mold prevention, explores five sources of moisture and their effects on building performance, and discusses construction best practices along with common pitfalls to avoid.
