Get ready to groove and sweat to your favorite tunes in a 60-minute class that combines boxing, dance, and toning exercises. The session kicks off with a gentle warm-up, followed by guided shadow boxing, dance fitness routines, and toning exercises, concluding with 10 minutes of soothing stretches.
