Lunch and Learn - Working with Co-Leaders

Strong leadership starts with strong partnerships! Working with Co-Leaders is a hands-on training designed to help troop leaders build and maintain a successful co-leadership team. Whether you're starting a new troop together or trying to strengthen an existing partnership, this session offers practical tools and strategies to improve communication, delegate responsibilities, and create a collaborative leadership style that supports a positive experience for girls and adults alike.

We'll explore common challenges co-leaders face-such as managing different expectations, dividing tasks fairly, and addressing conflict respectfully-along with proven methods for setting shared goals, building trust, and supporting one another throughout the year. You'll walk away with templates, discussion prompts, and real-life scenarios to help you and your co-leader(s) start or reset your working relationship with clarity and mutual respect.
