Conflicts happen-even in Girl Scouts. This important training equips volunteers with the tools to guide girls through everyday disagreements and more serious situations like bullying or exclusion. Learn how to foster a safe, inclusive troop environment by teaching girls how to resolve conflict respectfully, express their feelings, and build empathy.

We'll explore age-appropriate strategies for conflict resolution, how to recognize the signs of bullying, and when and how to step in. You'll also gain confidence in addressing tough situations with girls and parents, promoting positive behavior, and reinforcing the Girl Scout values of respect and sisterhood.
