h.10,30/11.45 STAGE con Mariana – TECNICA (open): proiezioni lineari, dissociazioni e fluidità nei movimenti.
- Impareremo a prendere consapevolezza della creazione del movimento, della connessione al suolo, delle proiezioni e delle forme, sviluppando eleganza e precisione in ogni passo.
Ci focalizzeremo anche nell’uso della dissociazione e lo sviluppo della fluidità nei movimenti -

h. 12,00/13,15 STAGE con Edwin & Alexa – TANGO SALON (int/av): ganchos da usare in milonga con l’abbraccio chiuso

h. 15,30/16,45 STAGE con Mariana – TANGO SALON (liv. int/av): aspetti fondamentali del ballo sociale.
- Durante la lezione ci concentreremo sugli aspetti più importanti della tecnica del ballo sociale, includendo anche la comprensione della meccanica nei movimenti di pista.
Gli argomenti principali su cui ci focalizzeremo sono:
l’abbraccio, la camminata, i movimenti lineari e circolari e la musica -


h. 17,00/18,15 STAGE con Mariana – TANGO SALON (liv. int/av): abbraccio concavo o convesso, benefici di ciascuno e usi
- La lezione sarà focalizzata sulla qualità della connessione nella coppia e sulla lettura posturale, per facilitare l’esecuzione di movimenti con diverse dinamiche, forze e intenzioni -

Projections linéaires, dissociations et fluidité des mouvements
- Nous apprendrons à prendre conscience de la création du mouvement, de la connexion au sol, des projections et des formes, en développant l'élégance et la précision à chaque pas.
Nous nous concentrerons également sur l'utilisation de la dissociation et le développement de la fluidité dans le mouvement -

hugging, la marche, les mouvements linéaires et circulaires, et la musique -

A packed programme for an entire weekend of Tango with Teachers and dancers Edwin Espinosa and Alexa Yepes Arboleda, who will be making just ONE STOP OFF IN ITALY on their European Tour.
And a very special guest, Mariana Montes, visiting the Western Ligurian Riviera for the very first time

Workshops and Milongas with two fantastic Tango Dj's., Show.

PROGRAMME

Friday 9th May

7.30pm. Welcome and registration
8pm./9pm. pre-Milonga Class with Edwin and Alexa: rhythmical sequences playing with the music.

9.30pm./1.30am. Welcome Milonga. Resident tdj Raffaele Prota who will be providing a selection of traditional rioplatense with tandas y cortinas.

Saturday 10th May.
10.30am./11.45pm Class with Mariana – OpenTechnique.
Linear projection, dissociation, and fluidity of movement
- We will learn to become aware of movement creation, ground connection, projections and forms, developing elegance and precision in each step.
We will also focus on the use of dissociation and the development of fluidity in movement -

12.00am/1.15pm Class with Edwin and Alexa - TANGO SALON (int/adv.): ganchos to use in Milonga with closed embrace.

Lunch break
(A small buffet offered to class participants)

3.30pm./4.45pm. Class with Mariana-TANGO SALON (int/adv): basic elements in social dance
- During the lesson we will focus on the most important aspects of social dance technique, including understanding the mechanics of dance floor movements.
The main topics we will focus on are:
hugging, walking, linear and circular movements and music -

5pm./6.15pm. Class with Mariana- TANGO SALON (int/adv): closed and open hold, the benefits and use of each
- The lesson will focus on the quality of connection in the couple and postural reading, to facilitate the execution of movements with different dynamics, forces and intentions -

Free time for Dinner

9.30pm./2.30am. GALA MILONGA and Performance by all Artists: Mariana Montes, Edwin Espinosa and Alexa Yepes Arboleda.
Plus an amazing tdj of international fame arriving direct from Buenos Aires: Dani Villarino, musicalizador del Festival y Mondial de Buenos Aires, and of other Festivals and Tango Marathons Worldwide.

Sunday 11th May
