Surrounded By Sound

Experience Surrounded by Sound, a duo sound bath led by certified sound practitioners Erica Nguyen and Caitlin Ryan. This transformative event invites you to journey within, creating space for deep rejuvenation and inner peace. Together, Erica and Caitlin will guide you through a surround sound experience, featuring the harmonious tones of crystal alchemy and Tibetan singing bowls, resonant gongs, and a variety of other healing instruments. Each sound is carefully crafted to bring you into a state of profound rest. To enhance your comfort during the session, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, eye mask, pillows, and blankets. If needed, yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for rent at the studio. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Surrounded by Sound. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and with a lasting sense of calm.

About Facilitators: Erica Nguyễn, a certified Sound Practitioner in San Francisco, integrates Western and Eastern training from Nepal, California, Texas, and Bali. Through her Sound Healing Project, she brings transformative sound medicine and yoga teachings to diverse communities, fostering deep self-reconnection. IG @soundhealingproject

Caitlin Ryan is a 500hr RYT yoga teacher and certified sound healing therapist through Sound Embrace Institute. She combines her love of yoga, music, and sound to lead transformative classes and sound baths across the Bay Area.
