Release & Rise: A Joyful Path to Transformation w/ Alexis Held

Be prepared to shimmy, shake, release and rise!

With a focus on transformation and healing, we'll dance through these intense times with joy and intention for individual and collective new beginnings.

Through journaling, meditation, playful somatic movement and dance, self massage, and sounding, we'll engage in rituals for release, explore our deeper emotions and subconscious patterns, let go of baggage, and embrace body wisdom and intuition to step into a new way of BEING that will guide us forward.

The beauty of "Release and Rise" is that it’s not about performance or perfection. It’s about presence. You don’t need to be a dancer or a seasoned meditator—just a willingness to explore and show up for yourself. I create a safe, judgment-free space where people of all abilities can feel comfortable and supported.

How to prepare for the evening of somatic soup!

Wear something you feel good and comfortable to move in.
