Women's Wellness Community Event For Ages 40+

Step into a world of rejuvenation and empowerment at our exclusive Wellness Event! This is your time to indulge in a holistic experience that will leave you refreshed, informed, and inspired.

This in-person gathering will feature inspiring speakers and opportunities to learn about holistic health opportunities and wellness providers. Providers can meet women in San Diego as well as others in the industry and create opportunities for collaboration. Be sure to bring your own business cards and company flyers to share!

Hosted at The NOW Little Italy, A Massage Boutique offering a space to escape the daily pressures of life through the healing benefits of massage therapy.

Upon arrival, you are welcome to mingle with speakers and fellow guests while enjoying light resfreshments. Tasty pastry bites and wellness beverages will be served.
