Sonic Serenity: Sound Bath

Embark on a transformative journey with "Sonic Serenity" where the power of intention meets the vibrational harmony of sound healing. This unique class is designed to guide you through a deeply immersive experience that harmonizes your mind, body, and spirit.

Your relaxing Sunday afternoon will include guided meditation, breathwork and the healing frequencies of chimes, crystal bowls, drums, and gong. The intention of this experience is to help you regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, balance emotions and enhance mental clarity.

Yoga mat

Pillow or bolster

Blanket

Small hand towel

Extra sweatshirt

You may bring any additional items you think will create the most comfortable experience for you.

Street parking is available. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to settle in. Your punctuality ensures an uninterrupted experience for everyone and is greatly appreciated.

**Please note there is a flight of stairs to enter the studio.
