• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: High-energy MixxedFit session with over 60 instructors

• 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Vendor Showcase & Free Prize Drawing

What is MixxedFit?

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Our moves are big, exaggerated, and easy to follow, ensuring you get the most out of your workout while having a blast.

This year, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are proud to support Vista Hill, an organization dedicated to providing essential mental health services to children and families.
