Interwoven: Special Operations Spouses Pilates & Petals

Special Operations Spouses are invited to a unique opportunity to challenge yourself and focus on your well-being.

Hosted in partnership with SOF Spouse owned Studio Flo Pilates, this pilates mat class is designed to provide Special Operations Spouses with a space to take time for themselves, recharge, and experience something new. The Station Foundation Interwoven program provides a welcoming, supportive environment designed specifically for Special Operations Spouses

Post Pilates, enjoy building a special flower bouquet and learn flower arranging in celebration of Military Spouse Appreciation month.

This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 16 attendees.

Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station to join the fun and learn mindful practices to improve self care.
