Meet Our Breathwork Facilitator John Quirk!

John is the founder of SoCal Wellness Retreats in San Diego and has been on a crusade to create peak experiences with peak people for the past ten years. He's a yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator and he loves helping people feel better from the inside out.He has two rescue dogs, plays lots of pickleball and hockey and usually ends the day with a peanut butter cup.

DJ Beachball has thrown hundreds of Silent Disco Wellness dance parties ALL around the world for the past half a decade!
