Beginner's Self Defense Class

Come join us for this interactive beginner self-defense class series in partnership with Sagaz Jiu Jitsu. Our class will be led by two trauma-informed coaches, and give attendees the tools to keep themselves safe. This progressive series will facilitate three sessions where participants will gain experience in:

• Self-defense in standing positions
• Self-defense when on the ground
• A mix of self-defense techniques

Participants don't need to attend every session, but the sessions will build on themselves.

Note: Please come in comfortable, covered clothing (i.e. leggings, t-shorts, longer shorts), but please don't come in short-shorts or heavy shoes as we will be barefoot on the mats. Please also bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated!
