Beginner Bal Series

Come learn (or re-learn) balboa!

We’ll be covering the basics for pure bal (closed position) and bal-swing (open position) just in time for the San Diego Balboa & Lindy Exchange happening June 20-22.

Each class will be two hours long (with plenty of water breaks) and each week will build on the material from the week before.

No partner needed as all dancers will rotate throughout class.

Our classes place a strong emphasis on connection and clear lead/follow communication. We also follow the “dance more, talk less” philosophy so be ready to come to work!

Cost: $80 for the 3-week series, or $30 drop in per class.
