Indonesian Delights

For ages 18 & up

Spice up your meals! Known for it's complex flavors, including spicy, savory, sweet, salty, sour, and bitter, Indonesian food features familiar, fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. You'll pick up tips from our experts as you and your team make a savory cheese cracker; crabcakes with ginger and lemongrass served with coconut rice; handmade spring roll wrappers; and the Indonesian version of spring rolls filled with ground chicken, mushrooms, thin noodles, and grated carrots (you'll make the wrappers). You'll enjoy sampling the dishes that you have made at the end of class. The meal will be served family-style.

For ages 18 & up. Tickets are priced per person.

21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
