This gathering will feature Creative Journal activities, volunteer sharing, and more designed to help you take charge of your well-being. Art supplies will be supplied at the in[person session, those attending via Zoom will need unlined paper or an unlined journal, colored markers, crayons, pen.

Purpose: Creating the image of how you want your body to feel; writing positive affirmations.
Materials: You’re drawing from your own body mapping exercise. Colored markers, crayons, unlined paper or journal.
