1 Hour Sound Bath in Art Gallery

If this is your first time meditating and are considering developing a practice, or simply want to indulge in some self care this is a great place to start. Our 1 hour class consist of 9 crystal quartz singing bowls that are played to create beautiful soothing sounds so powerful you will be able to feel the sound resonating around and within your body. This experience can support you in managing your stress, anxiety, and depression. As well as enhance mental clarity, focus, and release physical tension being stored in the body. All you need is a mat, & a willingness to relax.

Please bring your own yoga mat + blanket + pillow
