About the event

Railway Days

Come Celebrate National Train Day Saturday, May 10th from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Railway Museum of San Angelo.
10:30-11:30 a.m. Texas Pacifico locomotives stop at the Railway Museum for photos.
11 a.m. Presentation of the Golden Spike, the Railway Museum’s highest award.
Noon and 2 p.m. Kids Train Workshop: $5 includes a wooden
engine for each child!
10-4 p.m.:
Costumed guides lead you through the museum
Little choo-choo rides $5 per child
Buy model trains and crafts from vendors
See and touch: a SAPD police car, a SAFD fire truck and a TGCSO tactical vehicle.
