Autumn Equinox (Mabon) Mini Retreat

Join us at Honeybee Cottage for a nourishing half-day retreat to mark the turning of the year. The Autumn Equinox — known as Mabon in the Wheel of the Year — is a time of stillness, balance, and quiet reflection. A point where light and dark meet in equal measure before the nights begin to draw in.

This retreat offers space to pause, reflect, and gently realign. We’ll begin with grounding meditation and journaling before moving into a creative ritual, crafting your own manifestation box using seasonal materials and natural symbolism. This slow, meaningful practice is a way to set intentions for the darker half of the year — what you’re carrying forward, what you’re letting go, and what you’re ready to plant within.

We’ll gather around the table for a lunch of seasonal food, then end with a calming sound bath and a simple equinox ritual to close the space.
