Yoga for All Bodies at Move With Nature Saltburn

Join us for a gentle, inclusive introduction to Functional Yin Yoga, where every body is welcome. Together, we’ll explore your natural human anatomy and discover how to adapt poses to flow beautifully with your unique range of movement, energy, and abilities—guided by the philosophy of Yin, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Dao.

Led by a neurosparkly teacher with a trauma-informed approach, this session aims to make yoga accessible for all. Expect a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

We’re also excited to enjoy the other wonderful events happening around our session—come for the yoga, stay for the community!
