✔️ A 3km run with our GGT community, led by our run club volunteers
✔️ No one gets left behind and everyone is welcome - runners, yogis, newbies, and friends!✔️ 45 min post-run (INDOORS) Yoga class with GGT's very own Community Lead and qualified Yoga teacher, Sarah
✔️ A beginner friendly space to move, ground and connect with your mind and body by the sea
Meeting point: On the promenade, walk to the very end of the beach huts and you'll see girls with yoga mats!
