Creative Well Being Workshop - Elements

Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness and exploration at our Creative well being workshop - Elements!

Our aim is to provide a space where you can unwind, express yourself, and join others in a supportive environment. You will also get the chance to go out and wander in the woods, connecting to nature for an even greater wellbeing boost.

Dive into the world of creativity and explore the four elements - earth, water, air, and fire - through the medium of alcohol ink. This in-person event will be held at Skatebeck, a beautiful venue surrounded by nature, take some time out of your day and make space for your creative expression. Connect with like-minded individuals and unleash your inner artist. This workshop is suitable for all levels, you will leave the workshop with your own original A3 ink painting.

Lucinda has been drawing, painting and creating for nearly 20 years. Graduating from the University of Sunderland in 2013 with a BA Hons in Fine Art. Lucinda currently works for a Mental Health Charity in Yorkshire, combining her skillset to deliver this Creative wellbeing workshop.
