The "Magnificent 7" is a challenging seven mile road run through the country lanes that surround Saltash in Cornwall.
The run starts and finishes at the Saltash Rugby Club, PL12 4HJ
The race is held under the rules of UK Athletics and is part of the Cornish Grand Prix Series
The race follows a tough, well marshalled and accurate course through country lanes with good views over the Tamar and Lynher estuaries.
The race has a minimum age limit of 16 and is restricted to 400 competitors, so enter early to secure your place.
Race start time is 11:00am.
There will be a Fun Run again this year. There will be a 1.5 mile run at 10:15, before the main race sets off at 11:00, so plenty of time for our juniors to take part in the fun run and mum's and dad's to run the main event! It is just £2.50 to enter the Fun Run and entries can be done on the day.
Showers, toilets and changing facilities are available.
Race parking is just a 5 minute walk from the start, please note that parking is NOT available at the rugby club.
Secure baggage area.
Licensed bar and refreshments.
Water stations on the course and at the finish.
