Yoga for Addiction classes at @fullcircleyogautah are modeled from the Yoga for 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR) program pioneered by Nikki Myers. Steve Jones who leads Yoga for Addiction classes at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy is a Certified Peer Support Guide through Y12SR.
