Created by Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), The Mom Dance Party blends music, movement, and meaningful community to support moms’ mental and emotional well-being. It’s a joyful space to reconnect with yourself and other women who get it. We know how much moms carry. That’s why we created this night—to relieve stress, lift spirits, and remind you what it feels like to have fun in your body again. Dance is proven to boost mood and reduce anxiety—and we believe joy is medicine. Expect feel-good throwbacks and anthems from DJ Destiny Shynelle, a warm and welcoming dance floor, and space to breathe, laugh, and let go.
